You respond to a local college campus for a patient with an altered mental status. You find a male patient sitting in his room, speaking quickly in elaborate sentences that don't seem to make sense. He appears to be talking to himself and states as you enter, The government is talking to me through an implant in my brain. You suspect this patient is experiencing:
