A package is a general-purpose mechanism in modeling tools for grouping related items within a hierarchical structure. Packaging allows models to be nested in a hierarchical structure. Packaging hierarchy enforces a namespace, meaning that at every level the name of an item must be unique within the boundaries of the package. Using packaging depends on the complexity of the system the context of the problem, judgment, and experience. Packaging without a clear vision and good planning would create more problems that it can resolve
