Answer to Question 1

User interface makes the interaction between two different worlds  human and machine  possible. In communicating with modern computers, you do not use a digital or binary language, but enter human-readable text, click on buttons, select from menus, and manipulate scrollbars. In short, the graphical user interface translates the binary language of the computer into the metaphors of the real world. Since the two sides of this communication  the problem domain and the solution domain  do not speak the same language, the UI designer becomes responsible for the translation.
