Patient satisfaction surveys report data on the areas in options A, C, D, and F. Options B and E are not asked on the survey.

When there is a clinical environment that provides high patient satisfaction, it is usually a reflec-tion of the employee attitudes. The others are not a benefit of patient satisfaction.
