Management may not contribute financial or other support or otherwise dominate or interfere during the development or administration of a labor organization. This is considered to be unfair labor practices by management.

ANS: B
A hearing is similar to courtroom proceedings. Witnesses are presented and cross-examined in an alternating sequence. First, a witness testifies for the initiator, and is cross-examined, and then a witness for the responding party testifies and is cross-examined.
