The role of coordinator is fulfilled when the nurse arranges, regulates, and balances needed health services for the client. Providing information to all parties about the client's situation is the role of the monitor/reporter. Educating the client and provider in order to make informed de-cisions is the role of educator, and supporting all parties to work toward mutual goals is the role of facilitator.
