Answer to Question 1

Ans: A
It is important for the nurse to always visit the classroom and observe how the students and teacher interact. Classroom management skills are essential. It is difficult to manage the classroom successfully when the nurse's contact with the youngsters is only occasional. Relying on the regular classroom teacher for assistance always works best. It is critical to involve key people, including the teachers, counselors, school nurses, and parents, from the very beginning of the planning phase of health programs. Outlining their expectations will contribute to the overall success of the program and help them become vested in the outcomes of the project. Such an approach is usually well received by students, administrators, teachers, and parents. Another consideration is marketing the program. It may be a great idea, but if no one attends or follows through, it will be a waste of time and resources. Use of flyers, bulletin boards, and public address announcements to reach audiences is important and needs to include various strategies to pique interest.

Answer to Question 2
