Positive behavior support is still early in its development and reflects changing and expanding views
  of behavioral interventions. With regard to the place of evaluation as a component of PBS it is fair to
  say that:
 
  a. evaluation has lagged behind somewhat and only recently been addressed in detail in the
  literature
  b. our ability to evaluate positive behavior supports is far ahead currently of our ability to
  select and carry out good interventions
  c. we have learned that evaluation should be completely separate from the PBS planning
  process
  d. outcome evaluation should be the only form of evaluation used, especially as it relates to
  Level 3 PBS

  support intervention helps an individual child with challenging behavior, while program evaluation is
