Seborrheic keratoses are normally benign but removal should be explored if the client deems them cosmetically unappealing. They are quite common but should be assessed to differentiate them from precancerous lesions.

Major signs of digoxin toxicity are nausea, bradycardia (HR <60), headache, and visual disturbances, as well as fatigue and dysrhythmias. Heart rate >60 is normal.
