Due to feelings of hopelessness.
Relief from troubling emotions.
Need for stimulation.
High need for sensation.
Young people who get their hopes for a great future dashed.
People who are unable to cope with negative emotions.

Answer to Question 2

There are many other symptoms that can come out of muscle tension. Stiff neck, tension headache, tight shoulders, grinding teeth, low back painall of these annoying symptoms can result from muscle tension.
