Answer to Question 1

D

Answer to Question 2

Autogenics is best experienced lying on a carpeted floor or a bed. However, beneficial results are most likely when you are able to reduce external stimuli, like interruptions from others. Because of the possibility of being interrupted, Sharon is better off doing autogenics from a comfortable seated position in the quieter room.

OR

Autogenics is best experienced lying on a carpeted floor or a bed. Autogenics also can be done sitting comfortably in a chair, but because there is only the possibility of being interrupted, I would recommend that Sharon do it from a lying position. If she is not interrupted, she will get the best experience that way.
