Exercise and/or be physically active at least 30 minutes per day.
 Maintain a healthy weight.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: African Americans die of cancer, heart disease, and diabetes at significantly higher rates than members of other racial or ethnic groups. This disparity seems to be linked more to differences in socioeconomic status than to biological differences. Hispanics have much higher rates of stomach cancer than do non-Hispanic whites. This disparity appears to be related to diet and Helicobacter pylori infections. Native Americans have the highest rates of diabetes in the world. Factors are obesity, poor diet, and a lack of access to health care.
