How are temperatures in the lower atmosphere likely to change as CO2 levels continue to increase?

Answer to Question 1

Likely temperature increase will be in the range of 2C to 4.5C (3.5F to 8.1F). The increase is very unlikely (1 to 10 percent probability) to be less than 1.5C (2.7F), and values higher than 4.5C (8.1F) cannot be excluded.
