Answer to Question 1

B
Emotional stress and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) are associated with intrinsic asthma.

Answer to Question 2

A
PVCs may be a sign of theophylline or alpha-stimulate or beta-agonist toxicity. Beta blockers may lead to sinus bradycardia. Vitamin D and acetaminophen would not cause PVCs.
