Answer to Question 1

The nine body systems are the respiratory, circulatory,
gastrointestinal, urinary, endocrine, reproductive, integumentary,
musculoskeletal, and nervous systems

Answer to Question 2

A radial pulse is taken at the wrist. It is the simplest and most
common method, and is taken at the radial artery. The apical
pulse is most often taken on children under 12 months old, an
adult with heart disease, or an adult who is taking heart
medication. This procedure is taken with a stethoscope, and the
pulse is found on the left side of the chest under the breast or
just below the nipple.
