Answer to Question 1

B
Feedback:
The nurse should carefully monitor for anaphylaxis because clients on monoclonal antibody therapy have a high possibility of having acute anaphylactic reactions. Anaphylaxis manifests as generalized flushing, pallor, and respiratory distress. Constipation, hyperphagia, and hypertension are not side effects of monoclonal antibody therapy. Hypotension may be seen with monoclonal antibody therapy.

Answer to Question 2

B
Feedback:
Bran is a good source of fiber for the older adult with constipation. It contains insoluble fibers that add bulk to the diet and improve bowel movement. Meat, milk, and eggs should not be taken in large quantities. Although meat, milk, and eggs are good sources of protein, they also contain saturated fats. Milk is also rich in sugar, thus it should be consumed in restricted amounts.
