Answer to Question 1

B
Feedback:
Special neuro chairs help to transfer clients in and out of bed and serve as a comfortable place for the client to rest when out of bed. These chairs adjust to various positions and can be placed in high Fowler's or Trendelenburg positions when necessary. The most important goals of specialized beds are to prevent skin breakdown and alleviate pain. They are easy to move, but do not provide exercise for the client.

Answer to Question 2

D
Feedback:
Place the bottom of each crutch about 6 inches (15 cm) from the outside of the client's feet. The top of the crutch should be two to three finger widths below the client's axillae when his or her elbows are flexed approximately 30 degrees.
