Answer to Question 1

D
Feedback:
In anaphylaxis, the antigenantibody reaction works to the person's detriment. The release of chemicals in the body, such as histamine, causes reactions affecting several body systems (systemic). Anaphylaxis (anaphylactic shock) is a type I allergic, life-threatening reaction to a substance. A severe type I reaction occurs within minutes of exposure. Anaphylaxis is life threatening.
