Answer to Question 1

A
Feedback:
Triage is the process of sorting and classifying to determine priority of needs. Triage involves determining life-threatening situations and assisting those clients first. If there are a large number of victims, less seriously injured people may be able to assist others. It is also important to identify victims and their next of kin whenever possible. If there are numerous victims, the local hospital must be notified so that they can activate their disaster plan.
