Answer to Question 1

D

Answer to Question 2

D
Feedback:
The client has a draining abscess and placing the client with other clients infected with the same microorganisms and changing gloves after contact with a client's infective material are contact precautions. Airborne precautions would be placing a client in a room that has negative airflow pressure. Wearing a mask when within 3 feet of the client is droplet precaution.
