Answer to Question 1

B

Answer to Question 2

D
Feedback:
Older clients may react more quickly to a medication, showing some unexpected side effects. Older clients do not have an enhanced sensation to pain, they may not appropriately complain of pain or discomfort because of decreased sensory input or expressive aphasia. They tend to be more confused in the early evening (sundown effect) and not in the morning. Older clients show a slower and weaker immune response.
