Answer to Question 1

ANS: D
The left cerebral hemisphere thinks in a linear fashion and processes material in sequence. The right cerebral hemisphere is more concerned with looking at the whole rather than parts. A creative and/or ethical mind is not a determinant of the student's preference.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: B
The purpose of the plan is to facilitate meeting short- and long-term goals. The other options are not central to the purpose of the plan.
