Refreezing is the final phase of the change process and refers to the fact that the actual change has taken place and has become part of the work routine.

ANS: 2
Unfreezing allows all involved to understand what is happening and what is being considered. If employees do not understand the change, there will be resistance. Unfreezing gives everyone assurance that the change is being made for a good purpose.
