When positioning the PA projection of the wrist, which positioning maneuver is recommended?
 
 supination of the hand

slightly cuffing the fingers

Rationale: The PA wrist places the patient in pronation and then a slight cuffing of the fingers is added. The loose cuff of the fingers is to position the carpals closer to the image receptor to achieve improved detail of these small structures.

between inner and outer skull tables

Rationale: The frontal sinuses are located between the inner and outer skull tables in the general area directly posterior to the surface landmark, glabella.
