Answer to Question 1

on the outside of the cuff

Rationale: When putting on sterile gloves, the first glove as it is applied should be touched on the inside of the cuff. After the first glove is on and that hand is sterile, the second glove is picked up on the outside of the cuff to prevent contact with the skin.

Answer to Question 2

30 degrees caudal

Rationale: If OML is aligned perpendicular to the IR, a 30 degree caudal tube angle is needed to accurately project the dorsum sellae within the foramen magnum. There is a seven degree difference between the OML and IOML.
