When putting on sterile gloves and the first glove is on, where does the hand touch the second glove?

on the outside of the cuff

Rationale: When putting on sterile gloves, the first glove as it is applied should be touched on the inside of the cuff. After the first glove is on and that hand is sterile, the second glove is picked up on the outside of the cuff to prevent contact with the skin.
