Rationale: Size distortion can occur with increased OID resulting in magnification of the part.

Answer to Question 2

frontal

Rationale: The frontal sinuses are of greatest interest on the PA axial Caldwell method. The frontal sinuses are closest to the IR and free of superimposition.
