Answer to Question 1

Responses should include micro-, meso-, exo-, and macrosystem levels of analysis, but could also include a discussion of chronotime. Illustrations of proximal processes should portray a school-age child's development in multiple contexts.

Answer to Question 2

Multiple perspectives within academic curricula occur due to increasing diversity and technological influences as well as post-positivist approaches in many disciplines. Examples could include students' own experiences of multiculturalism or new media.
