Because the client is unconscious, the risk for airway obstruction is present. Options B and C are
probably not possible to accomplish and take lower priority than preserving physiological integrity.
Option A is also of lower priority than preserving physiological functioning.

of some level of employment and, in addition, demonstrate significant improvement in assertiveness
