Answer to Question 1

C
Olanzapine is an atypical antipsychotic that produces few extrapyramidal side effects (EPS) and is effective in treating both positive and negative symptoms of schizophrenia. Chlorpromazine often produces EPS and is not effective in treating negative symptoms. Clozapine produces fewer EPS but would not be the drug of choice because of the danger of agranulocytosis. Fluoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor antidepressant.

Answer to Question 2

One of the most distressing problems for adults is social isolation, a lack of meaningful in-teractions with others.
