Answer to Question 1

ANS: 4
Suicidal ideation is a thought or fantasy about suicide. A suicide threat is direct verbal or written expression of intent, and a suicide gesture is an action that results in no injury or in minor injury. Since this client is seriously injured, by definition this was an attempt.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: 3
Statistics show that option 3 is correct.
