With small fat globules, goat milk is naturally homogenized and can be more easily digested than cow milk. Goat milk is also a very good source of calcium and is a complete protein containing all the essential amino acids without the heavy fat content of cow milk. Relative to cow milk, goat milk has greater amounts of Vitamin A and riboflavin and other Vitamin Bs. Finally, goat milk has been shown to enhance metabolism of both iron and copper, and it is well known for its moisturizing properties.
