Answer to Question 2

A
Saturated fatty acids form fats whose carbon atoms are joined by a single bond. Food high in such fats are animal meats, whole-milk products, butter, most cheese, and some plant fats such as chocolate, coconut, and palm oils. Monosaturated fats are formed esters with one double or triple bond. Foods high in the category are canola oil, olive oil, peanut oil, olives, most nuts, and avocados. Sunflower seeds contain polyunsaturated fatty acids.
