Answer to Question 1

D
Neuropathies are the most common chronic complication of diabetes; they occur more frequently with age and duration of the disease. While all types of nerves can be affected, sensorimotor polyneuropathy (peripheral neuropathy), involving the lower extremities, and autonomic neuropathy, involving virtually any organ system, occur most frequently.

Answer to Question 2

B
Respiration assessment is the measurement of the breathing pattern. Assessment of the movement of the chest wall is done initially to determine if there is bilateral movement of the chest wall or any irregularity in movement.

This is partially backed up by the fact that early grandfather clocks displayed IIII for the number 4 instead of IV. Early clockmakers apparently thought that the IIII balanced out the VIII (used for the number 8) on the clock face and that it just looked better.
