Answer to Question 1

D
Silence is an important therapeutic communication technique because it allows time for both the patient and the nurse to reflect on what has been said.
This might work with some patients who understand what is being asked of them, but it is not the best answer.
Making sure the nurse understands exactly what the patient means is important, but it will not encourage the patient to reflect.
Repeating what was said and asking what was meant will not aid the patient in reflection.

Answer to Question 2

A, B, C, D
The four modes of telehealth technology include computer transmission, interactive live videoconferencing, store-and-forward images, and voice-only telephone conversations.
