Answer to Question 1

A, B, E
Feedback:
Successful treatment in reducing risk for CAD involves reducing risk factors including decreasing dietary fats (decreasing total fat intake and limiting saturated fats seems to have the most impact on serum lipid levels); losing weight, which helps to decrease insulin resistance and the development of type 2 diabetes; eliminating smoking; increasing exercise levels; decreasing stress; and treating hypertension, diabetes, and gout. Depression and bradycardia have not been linked to CAD.

Answer to Question 2

B
Feedback:
Patients indicated to receive the vaccine are susceptible people and infants. Indications for receiving the vaccine do not include children under the age of 15, people with diabetes or renal disease, or all people over the age of 65.
