ANS: B
Because echinacea appears to be an immunomodulator, it is not recommended for patients with autoimmune diseases, such as MS.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: C
Ginkgolides inhibit platelet activating factor, inhibiting platelet aggregation. Ginkgo does not interact with antiemetics, anti-inflammatories, or antibiotics.
