When teaching a client prescribed an antilipidemia drug, the nurse should instruct the client:
 
  a. Compliance with therapy is crucial to success.
  b. Medications should be taken with meals.
  c. As well as saturated fats, you need to decrease protein intake.
  d. You can stop your medication, if symptoms of liver failure occur.

The client asks the nurse if he can still drink his six-pack of beer in the evening while on the simvastatin. The nurse's best reply is:
