The process action teams perform the process analyses using the process improvement model and recommend process improvements.

Answer to Question 2

The quality management board is responsible for managing quality improvement activities within a company. The board selects the process to be evaluated, appoints the process action teams, and reviews and approves the teams' process improvement recommendations.
