The American Heart Association recommends an optimal blood pressure of less than 120/80 .

Capoten: Antihypertensive, ACE inhibitor. Can cause N&V, anorexia, constipation, diarrhea, gastric irritation, dyspepsia, pancreatitis, and glossitis.

Crestor: Antihyperlipidemic, HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor. Can cause N&V, constipation, diarrhea, abdominal pain, dyspepsia, flatulence, and gastritis.
