Answer to Question 1

The RD did not do too badly but left room for improvement. She was too surprised by some of GW's comments. Sometimes that is amusing to the interviewee, but often is breaks rapport. Most of the time she did not ask leading questions but at one point she did ask, what do you put in your coffee? assuming that he does put something in his coffee when he may drink it black.

Answer to Question 2

The tube feedings that are higher in fat and lower in carbohydrate are suitable for weaning a patient from a ventilator.
