Answer to Question 1

WBC = 10.2 x 103 = 10,200 TLC = 10,000 x  Lymph = 10,200 x .13 = 1326/mm3

Answer to Question 2

In this case, intubation means the insertion of a tube through the nose or mouth into the larynx, through the glottis, and into the trachea for air to be forced in and for the purpose of assuring patency of the upper airway.
