Answer to Question 1

Adjusted body weight = (actual body wt - IBW) x 0.25 + IBW
= (552 - 215 x 0.25 + 215
= 84 + 215
= 299 lbs

Answer to Question 2

IBW = 5' = 106 lbs + 15 x 6 = 196 lbs


196 x 10 = 19.6 + 196 IBW = 215 lbs
IBW = Actual Weight/IBW x 100 = 552/215 x 100 = 256.7
