Answer to Question 1

The reason for the BUN and Cr at bottom of normal may be due to lack of muscle mass to produce NH3, urea and creatinine.

Answer to Question 2

WBC probably returned to normal due to antibiotics helping get the infection under control. Whatever caused liver inflammation resulting in elevated AST and ALT was also under control. Perhaps a change in her medications.
