Answer to Question 1

Original weight - Final Weight = Loss of Weight 120 - 90 = 30 lbs

Loss of Weight/Original Weight x 100 =  Loss 30/120 x 100 = 25

Answer to Question 2

Ht = 5'2
IBW = 100 + 10 = 110 + 10
IBW = Actual Weight/ IBW x 100 = 85/110 = 77
