Answer to Question 1

D
Feedback:
Almost all cultures define certain foods that promote wellness, cure disease, and impart medicinal properties. The Vietnamese believe hot oregano tea with salt can be used to treat an upset stomach.

Answer to Question 2

B
During exercise, blood flow to muscles increases and blood flow to the digestive tract decreases, so the digestive process slows down. Metabolism of fat increases and metabolism of carbohy-drate decreases during exercise, but this does not affect digestion of fat and carbohydrate.
