Answer to Question 1

50 x 30 = 1,500

1,500  12 = 125, seating for 125

If traditional seating (individual or round tables) is planned then the total square footage of the room is divided by 15
1,500  15 = 100, seating for 100

Answer to Question 2

An  la carte menu lists items individually priced, a prix fixe menu includes a complete meal from appetizer to dessert for a set price
