The host will open and present a menu directly in front of each guest, suggesting a

specific appetizer, chef's specialty, or menu items that have made the restaurant famous. Make sure the guests are comfortable and tell them that their server will be right over. If you know their names, personalize it by saying, Mr. and Mrs.______, your server Paul will be right with you.
