Answer to Question 1

B

Answer to Question 2

The wine glass is placed above and slightly to the right of the butter knife. The champagne glass (if served with wine) would be placed above the wine and slightly to the right of the water glass. The before dinner cocktail or after dinner liqueur would be served centered between the fork and knife about 3 inches from the edge of the table. Refer to the Wine and Beverage Setting section in the chapter.
