Answer to Question 1

The personal connection can be initiated in several ways but it begins with the server's attitude about service. A strong desire to serve associated with a high level of enthusiasm is the foundation that initiates the personal connection with a guest. However, in the personal exchange between the server and the guest it is important that the server show his or her personality in a manner that will have a positive effect upon guests. The result will be a pleasantly smooth dining experience.

Answer to Question 2

Beer is approximately 90 percent water
